No only that one, as you can see in the video I'm able to open the next one.

The title is a little confusing as it seems that your are only unable to "test".

From what I can see in the video, when you click on an item in the issue list view, the page just "reloads" displaying the list view again, instead of displaying the item view.
Would that be correct?

What happens if you open the page "directly" e.g.
https://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/11525
?

Since this seems to be a client side issue, is there something in some browsers javascript log console maybe?

For me clicking on that link correctly opens the item - but I regularly
experience clicking on those links in email notifications and ending up on
the list view

quite strange indeed
now i was able to mark a sucessfull test without cleaning cache / sessions etc
sorry for not so understandable title i was too much confident that the video would be self explanatory
