This is the official version of the j.org template for the sites being updated for 3.0. Plugged in, ready to go minus one bug with the pagination object that I've passed back up since it'll affect anyone who's working with this package.
My vote: go to the official template, style the component based off that.
For an added bonus, I've brought in the LESS compiler architecture we're using for the CMS.
