Steps to reproduce the issue

Access the submit view on issues.joomla.org for the CMS and the tracker it self

Expected result

I think the dropdown should be only so wide as the dropdown for category (see CMS pic).

Actual result

Other question do we need to display and let people (non JBS) choose a milestone?
