If you switch language then the strings are translted but the messages are not
The create new issue page has lots of information messages in boxes and
none of them are translated. (Sent from my phone)

That's odd. Translations are there and in the code I see that translation is applied, but it is not displayed on the web site.
Interesting, that this part is translated normally...
