Hi, regarding this footer message: "You may blame the J!Tracker Application at http://issues.joomla.org/ for transmitting this comment." that appears at the bottom of every comment I have 3 suggestions:
1- first one is to separate it a little bit more from the message content, If you check the following image you will see that is completely attached to the content of the comment and I think is a bit confusing
2.- Maybe we could separate this signature with a line on top:
the body of the comment
------------------------------------------------
You may blame the J!Tracker...
3- I also would suggest to review the goal of this message. If is to promote jtracker or issues.joomla.org I maybe something more like "this message was created at jissues.joomla.org". I think "You may blame the J!Tracker" sounds a bit strange for new users.
JIssues rocks! ^_^
The message was so we could differentiate activity coming from the app versus activity on GitHub. Truthfully, I don't think we actually need it, but if we want to keep it, then it'd probably be a good idea to tweak its display.
As an end-user, I'm wondering how knowing whether the message comes from github or from jtracker impacts me.
If I want to receive email notifications of comments from other github projects, I know I'm not going to get it, because this is special to the jissues app. ( Really? Github can't email comment notifications? )
If I "don't" want to receive these notifications, I know to go to the jissues app to turn them off rather than github. ( Is that right - where are they configured? )
There isn't a configuration option for notifications in the issue tracker. All of our mail notifications are through GitHub.
As an end user, there isn't a difference, but earlier in the project it was majorly helpful in identifying what came from where if we needed to debug something.
If my tweak is ok, you can close it ;)

@javigomez is it ok now?
This comment was created with the J!Tracker Application at http://issues.joomla.org/.
The "goal" of this message really was only to have a "signature" of the action performed by a "machine", so you have someone to... blame
Since this seems to cause more confusion then adding any value, I'd suggest that we remove the message altogether.
I remember that we agreed to remove it, once we are in "production", and there is also a @todo
in the code
Let's left it for some time to promote new tracker :)
So should we remove it? ;)
Closing for now. If we will decide to remove it completely - will open a new issue then :)

Honestly I do not know the exact reason for this message :) But +1 from me for this suggestions ;)
