When you insert a comment the tracker inserts a comment at the end (you can blame....)
If you end your submitted text with a comment then the two comments are merged

@brianteeman can you clarify this
If you end your submitted text with a comment then the two comments are merged
This has been done as a test, or well, if something really goes bad, you can always blame the system ;)
We should decide if we leave it in place, maybe change the wording, but if so the merging issue should be solved.
For clarification: Do you mean those :
