Discovered today that you can't put a ? in a title - seems a bit odd

looks like you cant have a / either

So the following title which could be fairly common will generate errors

Why is this open/closed button css not working?

Probably not but I dont see a good reason to exclude it

If it's allowed by GitHub, it should be here. What's difficult right now
is there isn't anywhere that lists what GitHub allows. I know they strip
$this or $variable for some reason at least in commit titles.

Yeah and that is why we currently allow a $ character :) Sounds like we should restrict that.
