Steps to reproduce the issue
Use phpMyAdmin to inspect the #__extensions table and search for rows with the locked value set to 0
Or in the System -> Manage / Extensions list search for schema and then task
Expected result
I expect core extensions to be locked to prevent them being uninstalled.
Actual result
The schemaorg plugins are not locked and plg_task_globalcheckin is not locked.
System information (as much as possible)
Additional comments
The problem is present in J5 and I guess will always be present in updated sites. This would be an opportunity for correction in new installations.

I don't see a reason why it should not be fixed in 5.x, and I also don't see a reason not to fix it on update for all.
