Testing Instructions

Fresh install of Joomla 5.2.2.
Go to mailtemplates and open Contacts: Contact Form Mail
See that the language strings are not translated
Do not save but cancel (!)
Apply the patch
Notice that the string is now translated

I do agree, didnt saw that PR before, will let it to the maintainers to decide which PR to close as my PR is a bug fix against 5.2 the other PR is against 5.3 in the end it should go into all releases of course and as its a bug should in my book go into 5.2.
