[#44154] - Customfields alias has to be falsely unique across contexts

Steps to reproduce the issue
Create a customfield "test" in articles and try to create a customfield "test" in users.
Expected result
I can create both fields.
Actual result
Second field refuses to save, since first field has same alias, even though they are completely different contexts.
System information (as much as possible)
J5.2 and probably all previous.
