Summary of Changes
The CMS filesystem package has been deprecated in Joomla 4 and we've had the CMS and framework packages in parallel since Joomla 3. It is now time to remove the code completely. This is a first step by removing the Stream classes and an obscure StringController class. These classes are not used in the core. The StringController class is completely useless and I would actually be surprised if the Stream classes actually work.
