Download nightly 5.2.0 update package and execute joomla 5.2 Joomla Upload and Update process which fails with nessage that ...cannot down grade 5.2.0-al[ha-dev to 5.1.0-beta3-dev. Proble issue is the Update package administrator\components\manifest\files\joomla.xml version is 5.1.0-beta3-dewv. It should be 5.2.0-alpha-dev or higher. Joomla updates need better quality control before being posted

I'm really sorry for shooting you down like this again, but Joomla 5.2 development actually only really starts today and nightly builds are only that: Nightly builds of Joomla which you can use in testing environment to test stuff. It is not meant for a live website and it is not guaranteed to be always working. This specific issue will be dealt with in the next few days "automatically".
