Steps to reproduce the issue
- Install Joomla on a subdirectory with the name ending with any number. Example http://localhost/joomla4
- Execute content PATCH request from the Joomla postman API collection

The requested page can't be found.

PHP 8
Additional comments
GET and POST works fine which do not have {:id} parameter in the URL.

i'm closing this, after 4 years no more reports and i'm unable to reporduce
