[#37899] - [4.x] Joomla API routing fails to produce PATCH crud route when the site deployed on a subdirectory with name ending a number

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Install Joomla on a subdirectory with the name ending with any number. Example http://localhost/joomla4
  2. Execute content PATCH request from the Joomla postman API collection

Expected result

Article was updated

Actual result

The requested page can't be found.

System information (as much as possible)

Joomla 4 any version
PHP 8

Additional comments

GET and POST works fine which do not have {:id} parameter in the URL.
