[#3717] - Images uploaded into a subfolder of "images" from back-office are put into "images" instead of the subfolder

from a 3.3.0 I get this problem
try to create a folder into /images like "myfolder" and then go inside of it from index.php?option=com_media (media page of joomla back-office)
and try to upload some images. All these uploaded images go into /images and not into /images/myfolder

this is a known and fixed bug with the 3.3.0.
You can see here for the fix: 814ea3c
This is include in the update to 3.3.1
