Pull Request for Issue #30412.
Summary of Changes
The indexing of Smart Search failed in Postgres with some obscure error. I backported what I fixed earlier in J4 to J3 and thus indexing works again. Yeay!
Testing Instructions
Use Joomla on Postgres, have the smart search plugin enabled and go to the backend. In the smart search component click on indexing.
Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request
While indexing, it fails with an obscure error.
Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request
Indexing works fine.
