Summary of Changes
Update a bunch of dependencies, excluding punycode and babel-preset-minify, the latter because I believe it was throwing errors when bumped to 0.5.1
Bump NodeJS to latest LTS version in package.json. NPM version bumped in accordance to NodeJS 12.x.
Testing Instructions
Run npm i and ensure there aren't any errors when building

Just so it's clear and in writing (and not in the comment) - as the node version isn't shipped in core Joomla - the version here isn't subject to b/c breaks within the same version of Joomla.
