[#18376] - Joomla updation 2.5.x to 3.x for domain jobsnprofiles.com when trying to upgrade getting error

Hi,
We have joomla old version 2.5x for domain jobsnprofiles.com but when we update joomla latest version getting some errors. Here is the errors as follows:
Fatal error: Class 'plgSystemSocialLoginTools' not found getting this in frontend.
For Administrator errors:
Fatal error: Class 'plgSystemSocialLoginTools' not found
Please help me the issue as soon as possible.
