Registered the SodiumCipher class so that developers can now utilize it using the name JCryptCipherSodium. This is consistent with the other cipher classes in Joomla!
(In all honesty, I'm not sure what version number should have been applied in the registerAlias function. I went with 5.0 because it seemed to be the most common already present in classmap.php.)
