Open an article in the "Multilingual Assciations" component, select a target language that is not already associated and hit the "Copy reference to target" button.
A new article should be created with same settings as the reference except for the language wich sould be the chosen target. It should be associated with the reference article and thus appear on the right side just after being created.
The target article is created correctly but it's not associated to the reference so it just appears quickly on the right side and then disappears.
Joomla 3.7.1
Tested on PHP 5.5.9 and 7.0.7
The function was working correctly on the same websites with version 3.7.0.

agreed it is a release blocker
Indeed, I do not get any js error here.
The copy indeed appears in the target and then the target gets empty again.
The copied file can be chosen when using Select Target
looks like those errors are chrome errors - testing on firefox now
As for Firefox, I already tested and had the same result.
