Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to Users->Groups and then select any of the Advanced Permission Report links
In search tools - select component - select com_cache

You will see a column marked Edit Custom Field Value

This should only be displayed on the components that support fields com_contacts, com_users, com_contact

But you will see as you select components from the search filter that this is displayed in lots of components (not all) where it shouldnt be

If you check the individual components ACL permissions options you will see that its not displayed there
