[#921] - Make it possible to map a project's groups to their GitHub repo

Some repos may have groups that directly correspond to a team having access on a GitHub repo. Make it possible for an access group to be mapped to a GitHub team; this should "hide" the membership management section of the group manager as access will then be based on the team membership. The local ACL will still obviously be configurable.
