You could just make it
help us with the internalization of Joomla!
Then it sounds a bit more exciting, you get the exclamation mark, and it still reads as a proper sentence.
(Note my major was in Information Technology, not a language, so don't take my Ameriglish as the right way to do things)
As long as you don't use the fictitious word internal-ization :)

Within body text (e.g. between the
<p></p>
tags), the "!" is optional and even discouraged if it affects readability as it would be the case adding the "!" before any other punctuation, and this unless you are referring to another one of trademarks as a proper name.
