The joomla.org SSL certificate is finally installed on the server we're running on. So, we need to go ahead and validate the site behaviors on an SSL connection and start updating configs & resources to require the HTTPS connection.

Switched over. All GitHub services push to HTTPS and .htaccess forces redirect for the live site only.
