When you set the item limiter to say, 5 or 10. And then click "page 2" from the pagination, the issues table resets and loads all the items instead of navigation to page 2. This might be a router issue or something else.

Looking at this has made me realize that sessions aren't being properly handled (even with Nikolai's added code). So, that probably needs to be sorted sooner than later, and fixing that will most likely fix this.
