As usual I have been adding category tags to Issues on the CMS
This morning a new error appeared. As soon as I added the tags and pressed save there was a white screen with an error message about an undefined index that refreshed to load the tracker with the following error message
A user is required to be associated with an activity.
The tags appear to have been saved though

Managed to capture the error message that flashes
