The list of categories displayed on the Manage categpories list is not showing all the categories. I am assuming that it should be showing pagination and isnt. Not sure if pagination is needed - I've pretty much added all the ones we need and I doubt there will be very many more. However I do need to be able to get to all the categories to edit/delete some. The list currently stops at 20

I would suggest to make a pagination. You can use the same as for User App.

Sure, let's use one of our two pagination providers ;)

Hmm, I will look into it.
But since it's a list view, I'd say we keep the pagination stuff, in case the list is too long to read.
