Well strange! Now it works again... Here is the proof that it was not working for some unknown reason.

When you login to the issues tracker the status filter does not work. If you toggle the left button to Closed and then back to Open the status filter then works.

It seems like the status filter select only works after clicking the "open/close" button - I believe we should remove those buttons and include all the states in the select.

I think I identified the problem - by default state is "open", but should be "0". Can be fixed here. I will look into it later today.
