A build does not have a list of predefined values. When you add an issue you can write anything: 3.x, 3.3.3, 3.3.x, 2.5, 2.5.x staging and so on. The question is - how should the build filter look like? Like a search text field?

I thought that might be the issue. All we would really need to do is to
filter for the 2.x issues BUT as that is likely to be only for a few more
months maybe its not worth doing

Well it is not so difficult to add a filter. We can easy remove it then. But the problem is that it would be hard to find anything using it :( If you feel that you will need it - leave a reply and we will implement. Otherwise close this issue and we are done here ;)

Lets leave it for now unless someone else suggests it
