I was going to post that its irritating to scroll upto the top everytime to save. (I kept searching for the saave among the files buttons.
Then I noticed that when creating a NEW (or editing) issue the "save" is on the toolbar - BUT when posting a comment the "save" is also next to the comment box.
Can the UI be updated to always have the save next to the comment box. At least its consistent then where to look to save an issue

@brianteeman need your answer here :)
Do you mean putting the addfiles etc on the toolbar? That wont work as it wont make sense when you add files.
When do we not always have a comment box?

No I mean action buttons like Save, Cancel and Edit.
IMO it is not logical to put the files buttons along with the main action buttons. They serve different purposes. May be we should restyle files buttons to distinguish from the main action buttons?
I agree about the files buttons they are fine where they are
I still think the Save Cancel and Edit are in the correct place - I was just asking for consistency on the Save/Post comment buttons - an easy solution would be to ADD an additional save button where the Post comment button is - if there is no Post comment button in that view.

So there should be two Save buttons - on the toolbar and where the Post comment button is when there is no Post comment button in that view?
Yes

We do not always have comment box along with the actions. May be we can have all action buttons on the toolbar like on the third screenshot?
