Steps to reproduce the issue

Using J!Tracker, add a comment to an issue. Then change the issue status.

Expected result

The change of status should appear sequentially in the timeline.

Actual result

The change of status appears first, before comments that were made earlier that day, but not before all comments. See CMS #4172 for an example.
