[#436] - Undefined shows up after voting on an issue

Today I voted No on this issue (http://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/4154) but what I saw next surprised me as it showed undefined.
After refreshing the page the # of Users Experiencing Issue said 2/2 which is not true as I voted No. So I casted my vote again and it said Undefined again. Refreshed the page once more and now I see 1/2 correctly.
