This will improve our config file editor, permitting the addition and removal of array fields.
It still looks a little rough, but it should work
Please note that it does not recurse (yet), so only the combinations of objects and arrays used in our configuration are covered.

Looks good.
Interesting problem on my vagrant install - I can not open the config for edit because of error:
file_get_contents(JROOT/etc/config.json): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
