Based on today's feedback from users - make the priorities more clear. All priority numbers were changed to translatable values:
1: 'Critical'|_,
2: 'Urgent'|_,
3: 'Medium'|_,
4: 'Low'|_,
5: 'Very low'|_
| Status | New | ⇒ | Closed |
| Closed_Date | 0000-00-00 00:00:00 | ⇒ | 2014-06-02 15:01:00 |
Yeah we definitely will need to review/refactor templates at some point.

To me it looks like if the same items are defined in four different places and it might be better to define them in one common place, but I can't think of a good one, so merging...
