This will allow to have several editors on the same page, plus will allow to edit an issue and comment at the same time. Ref #318

OK, let's do this... I have to confess that I am not a big fan of this feature (the "idea", not the implementation), but if it eases the workflow for the professional bug squashers I'm OK

No, because it depends on the file the code is contained in. Our scanner will only recognize PHP style in Twig files, so the strings won't be included in the language templates.
We should try to move the JS code out.
