This will solve #273 - recently updated will include the latest comments. I hope I found all places in the code where comments are getting updated

Do you mean that after posting a comment through JTracker the data will be updated only after GitHub fetch? From the design view sounds good, but as you mentioned we will loose it for non GitHub projects.

I think that we should fetch a last modified date from GitHub and store this value instead of generating our own. Otherwise we might not be able to synchronize properly.
Could you check if the issue might be covered by #291 and if there is anything missing ?
Maybe we need this code for projects that are not "managed" by GitHub ?
