I wanted to use the 'login with github' button on my localhost but it wouldn't work unless I configured an app at github. I added some basic info on how to do that.
I think it would be nice if we could have different repos for the documentation of the different projects (Framework, CMS, JTracker, others..) and a "main site" that put it all together. I believe this would allow more people to get involved and might also avoid duplicated content ;)
There is also some content in Documentation/github-authentication. Maybe we should add a "see also"
EDIT: and here: http://issues.joomla.org/devdox/dox-github-authentication
EDIT2: and I'm currently playing with Jekyll and it looks like this: http://elkuku.github.io/jtracker/github-authentication.html
