This will add a lookup for alternatives if a command or an action is not found.
Note: This has been inspired by joomla/joomla-framework#275 and https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/db4f5515272874eac36fb46a9d45737c2a1319ef/src/Symfony/Component/Console/Application.php#L1048-1089

Ya, there are definitely some days I wonder about our homegrown pull tester versus Travis. Especially since at some point we should eventually be pulling that status into the application.
So currently the GitHub status for the Travis job for this PR seems kind of lost, I believe due to a time out..
Would be really cool if we could (re)build the PullTester in our JTracker app.....
