I missed the edit button quite a few times as it is located in the subnav and separate to the ticket itself.

I would suggest trying it in the breadcrumbs location

This is more of a general issue because we actually display all buttons prepended to the main nav - pretty bad, but currently I am glad that they are "somewhere" - designers wanted here.

For this particular case it makes sense to display the button in the - I would call it "Issue status bar", so - accepted ;)

Note that when you are on the edit screen, the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons do also appear in this area (as all other buttons you would see if you had admin rights ;) )

Definitely much improved in that location (now that I've seen it live and deployed to server with the rest of the backlog).

It doesn't matter either way. Until we do some housekeeping on the server, I'm stuck manually updating anyways.
