[#211] - J!Tracker Users page needs pagination

Steps to reproduce the issue
Select JTracker Users Tab.
Now that number of users exceeds a page length, pagination needs to be activated to display users in 2nd half of the alphabet.
Expected result
Able to display page 2 with L-Z
Actual result
Only able to display first 20 users
System information (as much as possible)

So great to have this new tool - hat's off to the team!

Fortunately this has been fixed in #201 (yesterday) and will be deployed soon.
