[#21] - Bootstrap Markup for Platform Classes

The repo was seeded with the Platform pure at joomla/joomla-platform@f1dfc46. Since we're going with the Bootstrap markup, we'll need to merge in the CMS edits to the various classes to get that styling.

I'll get to this at some point this weekend. Since I went back and reordered the autoloader priorities to the libraries/tracker folder first, we can just override classes there instead of trying to keep up with the markup changes on top of Platform merging.
