When commenting on an item we could add a text link "to comment" which is just a link to #write

It will come first in this row of links so the tabbing should be correct.

But the tabbing in a whole l will try to fix later. As I understand the
search tools should be opened if you are tabbing on them?

If possible search tools should be ignored by tabbing unless they are open
