We can remove unneeded icons from the toolbar like some of the H-tags (H5 and H6), lists, code (not working properly) and quote. Then only one row will be left. What do you think?

I'm in favor of keeping it simple, so ?

why not just remove it completely on mobile. the buttons are too close
together to be able to click on them successfully anyway
