Fixes one part of #8781

Activate Show Author Meta Tag in global configuration.
Create one or more additional Joomla Users.
Create some tags. For any tag select another user (Created By).
Apply tags to one or more articles.
Create a menu item of type "tagged items". Select created tags.
Open menu item in frontend and see source code of page.
<meta name="author" content="40" />
1) We have an id instead of a name.
2) You always see just one id even if several authors were selected above.
3) Makes no sense to display the MetaAuthor at all in this view where we have a mixed output of items, components, tags.
Apply patch.
Try again.
MetaAuthor is gone.
