Updated to 3.5.0 and november 2015.

@Opware2000 is in the French Team. 
It is fine imho to change to 3.5.0 (as a visual indication for the Team), but this patch needs a change.
version="3.4" version should be 3.5

Ah, wasn't aware of that :)
Usually the date indicates when the language file was last updated. Since french didn't need an update for 3.5.0, it still stays on the old version.
But it's @infograf768 decision since it is his language
