There is a patch from joomlacode issue tracker:

But it was not applied to official 2.5.x branch, e.g. see the "evals" in this file:

The 29646 patch was followed by a 29712. Could you see if necessary to also include in your 2.5.x PR?
Also, please create a specific tracker on joomlacode and cross-refernce here.
