I have created a global float tag option in Tags Configuration to make use of the "Use Global" in Tag Manager but requires someone to implement it in joomla.sql
Hi you created this issue sometime ago but have not provided complete code for people to evaluate. As no one else has shown any interest in providing that code I am closing this issue at this time. If code is provided (a pull request) it can always be re-examined.
