@infograf768 Done: in script.php I also added the files (i.e. index.html) and the directories for this and my previous similar PR #5467. Is that OK?

I don't think we need to remove the index.html files during an update. There is no harm done when they stay there and I honestly don't want to see all 1000 files listed in that method.
Is there a reason to add those files to the script?

Ah sorry, it's about whole folders which aren't needed. Then it's fine of course.

Checked template editor and it doesn't seem to have a problem with it.
