I have made a pull request to fix this issue #5300
Hope I have done this correctly, it's my first pull request!
enqueuMessage($msg) was not being passed a type when being called so always would result in the default green box
I added a new variable that is set when $msg is created. $msg and $msgType are now both passed to enqueueMessage($msg, $msgType)
Hope that helps!
