Just create a new file 3.4.0-2014-12-03.sql
in the right folder. Don't edit an existing one.
I've changed all three update queries to do the UPDATE based on the name, type, element and folder (instead of by id).
Please double check the PostgreSQL & SQL Azure queries,
as I am not familiar with those two, and have not tested those (don't have test environment for those)
