Steps to reproduce the issue
1.If you check any page with tab panels eg article edit and run a checker then you will see that the tabpanel produces an error
Interactive component with ARIA role 'tabpanel' does not have a programmatically associated name
This is solved by adding 'id' and 'aria-labelledby' attributes to tab buttons and panels for better accessibility.

I made a PR to resolve this upstream with a change in the (custom elements repo)[https://github.com/joomla-projects/custom-elements/pull/266]
Opening the issue here so that someone can check that repo and make the required updates there so that they will "trickle down" into Joomla
